La Metairie Neuve has 7 double bedrooms,3 on the ground floor and 4 upstairs.3 bathrooms,2 lounge areas,farmhouse kitchen,40ft veranda,out door table tennis table,floodlit boules court and gardens all around full of fruit trees..

Furnished as a family home,La Metairie Neuve has everything you require for a wonderful relaxing holiday.

Starting in the farmhouse kitchen,you will find oven,microwave,coffee machine,toaster,dishwasher,fridge(freezer in the garage),kitchen table and chairs and a huge open fireplace.Door leads out to our 40ft verandah,where we love having breakfast.

In the lounge area there is a further set of table and chairs, sofas,tv with dvd and satellite channels.Hifi with some of our cds-maybe not to your liking! From the lounge you can go out to the patio area overlooking the pool.
Also on the ground floor you will find 3 double bedrooms,1 ensuite and a bathroom with shower and bath.And a seperate toilet.In the garage is a freezer and washing machine for your use.

From the hall you take the stairs up to a large mezzanine,this has been furnished with sofas,bar area,TV with dvd player,hifi and again probably some of our ghastly music!
Off to the right of the mezzanine you will find 2 bedrooms-1 twin and 1 double,both with access to another bathroom.
Off to the left of the mezzanine and you will discover another 2 bedrooms,both twin.

All bedrooms have wardrobes and plenty of storage,along with the downstairs hall having an abundance of cupboards.

A cot,baby bath,highchair,baby monitor,and stairgates are available.


Outside you will find the 11x5 swimming pool sitting perfectly in the garden.We have now had a lovely wooden picket fence made, which surrounds the pool with a gate and double lock. This we felt was important, as we wanted the parents to be able to relax and enjoy their holiday! as well as the children! With plenty of loungers and chairs you can just sit and relax either in the sunshine or sit under the trees that give superb shade over the patio area.

To the front of the property you will find our wonderful verandah. I can not tell you how many wonderful evenings have been spent here with family and friends,sitting under the moonlight(and my fairylights)trying to put the world to right and of course savouring the local wine!
Also to the front of the property is a floodlit boules court and an outdoor table tennis table,so you wont be short of things to do day or night!!

With an abundance of fruit trees ranging from figs to plums,you will have no shortage of fruits for breakfast,lunch and dinner.

Also available for your use are picnic rugs,cooler boxes,baskets and picnic chairs,so you could go out to one of the lovely beach lakes for a picnic.
